The DLC for like the missions and stuff is free till the 10th but $5 for just the cars? WTF. The good news is that 1998 Supra is free!

Ugh I knew this was gonna happen. Couldn't Playground negotiate it so they could wavered the licence fees. Either way what I'm really interested in is whether or not nitrous makes it into Horizon 2.
